The Linux Desktop Here’s a few files to get you started, and a terminal with a few important bits of information. VMware vSphere is a virtualization platform through which you can install and run Oracle databases or WebLogic servers on virtual machines (VMs). We ran this test case using ODSA in the London region. If you want to use the Oracle Linux 8.7 desktop and terminals directly, have at it! But I can say with confidence the BEST way to use this is from your host, merely connecting to the database that’s running on the VM. If you have the Oracle Diagnostic Pack or the Automatic Workload Repository (AWR), you can gather data about your workloads. ![]()
